When Will My Order When Will My Order Ship?

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. Direct to Garment (DTG) and other print-on-demand items usually ship in 4-5 days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.

Who Are Your Shipping Partners in The United States?

We ship with DHL, FedEx, and UPS, who often team up with USPS to complete delivery.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, but if you’re fiending for some BCC merch (who can blame you) right now we promise it’s worth a few days’ wait.

My Order Arrived, But It’s All Messed Up!

Ayyyyoooo!!!!!! My Package Says It Was Delivered, But It’s Not Here!

Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know at

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship?

We process most orders within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 3-5 days within the US. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Right now, we deliver in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands). At the current moment we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on this aspect of our shipping game: be on the lookout for the 411 when we make an announcement regarding overseas orders.

How Do Posters Ship?

All posters are shipped rolled in plastic and tucked inside a sturdy mailing tube to prevent damage during transit.

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

We want your clothing items to fit you and your ancillary items to function properly. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If any ancillary merchandise that is damaged during the shipping process (i.e. grinders, stickers, keychains, waterpipes, rolling papers) can also be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at for return instructions and a return label. Exchanges are free but the shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.

Due to their delicate nature, screen printed posters cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Where’s My Refund?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.


What’s Good With Your Custom Curated Limited-Edition BCC Boxes? 

Mystery boxes (or large envelope) are filled with two T-shirts. You pick your size; we pick the designs. Shirts may be cotton, cotton/polyester, or tri-blend fabric. Mystery tubes contain 3 randomly selected screen-printed gig posters and/or art prints from our archives. Some posters may contain dinged corners or minor imperfections but are perfectly good for framing. No returns, exchanges, or requests. Though if you already have shirts or posters that you do not wish to duplicate, you may list them in the note’s sections of your order. Limit 2 per customer.
